1General Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legal agreement between bengaliwin and its users. bengaliwin is a licensed online gaming platform serving both Bangladesh and international markets.

2Account Registration & Verification

To open an account on bengaliwin, you must complete the registration form with accurate and complete information. Accounts created with false or misleading details may be suspended at any time.

• Active mobile number
• Email address
• Date of birth (for age verification)
• Password (min. 8 characters, including numbers & special characters)

KYC Verification:

KYC verification is required before your first withdrawal or for deposits exceeding ৳50,000. You will need to submit one of the following documents:

• National ID (NID) — scanned copies of both sides
• First page of passport
• Driving License

3Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Bengaliwin supports the most popular payment methods in Bangladesh. All transactions are processed through encrypted channels.

Important Withdrawal Conditions:

• Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.

4Bonus & Promotions Terms

General Bonus Terms:

• The welcome bonus is available to new members once only.
• A wagering requirement (typically 15x–30x) must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Bonus claims are generally valid for 7 days from the date of issuance.
• Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts on the same IP or device is strictly prohibited.

5Gaming Rules

All game outcomes on bengaliwin are determined by an internationally certified Random Number Generator (RNG). Results are entirely random — no one, not even bengaliwin itself, can predetermine them.

• If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, the bet will be refunded.
• The dealer's decision in live games is final.
• If a match is cancelled in Sports Betting, the bet will be voided and your stake refunded.

6Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bengaliwin. Violations may result in account closure and legal action:

• Placing bets using automated bots or software.
• Creating multiple accounts to exploit bonus offers.
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's account.
• Depositing funds obtained through theft or illegal sources.
• Attempting to attack or hack the platform's security systems.
• Harassing or threatening other users.
• Submitting false identity information or documents.

7Account Suspension & Closure

Bengaliwin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violating these Terms and Conditions.
• If KYC verification fails or fraudulent documents are found.
• If suspicious financial activity is detected.
• If the account holder is found to be under 18 years of age.

To close your account, contact our support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any verified balance before closure, unless the funds are subject to forfeiture due to fraud.
